1 Orti di Calabria Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
1/4 cup(s) Pecorino Romano cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp Sabatino Tartufi Truffle Salt, to taste
1 Lb Mantova Cara Mamma Potato Gnocchi, prepared according to package instructions

Instructions

Place alfredo sauce and cream in a stock pot over medium-high heat and bring to a simmer.

Once simmering slowly add cheese and truffle salt, whisking constantly until completely melted into the sauce. Remove pot from heat.

Add gnocchi to sauce and toss until well coated.

Season with pepper as needed and serve.
