1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 Lb H-E-B Texas Gulf Shrimp, peeled and deveined
16 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
1/3 cup(s) Fischer & Wieser Food Trk Fusion Bull by the Horns Moppin' Sauce
1/4 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

About 30 minutes before use, preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high.

In a large bowl combine salt, pepper, oil and shrimp. Toss lightly to coat.

Using two skewers spaced about an inch apart, place 3 to 4 shrimp on skewers. Repeat until all shrimp are used.

Place skewered shrimp on hot grill, brush with moppin' sauce and cook about 30 seconds or until marked. Flip shrimp, brush with more moppin' sauce and cook until shrimp are fully cooked and caramelized.

Transfer shrimp to a serving platter and garnish with green onions, cilantro and lime wedges.

Chef's Note: Serve with an extra side of moppin' sauce and steamed sticky rice.
