Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb Striped Pangasius Fillet, frozen
2 1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
1 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
1 pinch Tsp salt
1 pinch Tsp pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.

Submerge Pangasius in cool water for 10 minutes or until thawed. Slice in 2 inch pieces.

Mix bread crumbs and Italian seasoning in a large bowl; set aside.

Combine Pangasius and egg in a zipper bag, seal, and turn until fish is covered with egg.

Remove fish and toss in bread crumbs until well coated.

Place fish nuggets on baking sheet; bake uncovered 10 minutes or until flaky. Season with salt and pepper.
