1 Lb H-E-B 93% Ground Turkey
1/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 large egg
1 Tbsp H-E-B Reduced Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 H-E-B Olive Oil cooking spray
1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup(s) green bell peppers, chopped
4 H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Thin Rounds

Instructions

Heat a large skillet to Medium heat.

In a large bowl, combine turkey, bread crumbs, egg, and taco seasoning. Set aside.

Spray hot skillet with non-stick spray. Add onion and bell peppers, and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.

Fold vegetables into turkey mixture. Divide into four portions and form into patties.

Spray skillet used to cook vegetables with non-stick spray.

Cook patties 5-8 minutes or until internal temperature is 165°F.

Serve between toasted thin rounds.
