Recipe makes 12 Servings

1 Lb fresh strawberries, trimmed & cut in half vertically.
1 Lb fresh pineapple, cut into small chunks
1 Lb fresh blackberries
1 package of wooden skewers
1 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1 cup(s) fresh blueberries
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup

Instructions

Alternate strawberries, pineapple and blackberries on each skewer then repeat. Place on a plate, cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.

In a blender, combine sour cream, blueberries and maple syrup until smooth. Pour into a bowl and chill 30-45 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve with fruit skewers.
