Ingredients

Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 cup(s) seasoned croutons
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
5 Oz breakfast sausage, cooked, drained and crumbled
2 Oz cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Add croutons to milk and let sit for 10 minutes.

Beat eggs and add salt and pepper.

Combine eggs, milk mixture with sausage and cheese. Mix thoroughly.

Pour mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan and add grated cheddar cheese to the top of the mixture. Refrigerate overnight.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake for 35 minutes or until mixture is set.
