Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb CHUB 93% GRND 16OZ
1/2 Tsp McCormick Parsley Flakes, dried
1/2 Tsp McCormick Basil Leaves, dried
1/2 Tsp McCormick Oregano Leaves, dried
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, crushed
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
6 Hill Country Fare Unsalted Crackers, finely crushed
1 H-E-B Large Grade AA Egg, beaten

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil (shiny side down).

Combine ground beef with seasonings, crackers and egg in a large bowl until evenly mixed.

Form into 1 1/2 inch balls using 2 tablespoons beef mixture per meatball.

Place meatballs on baking sheet allowing 1-inch space in between for even cooking.

Bake 20 minutes in oven on center rack.

Meatballs will brown and will not need to be turned.
