1 cup(s) Fully cooked split pre-sclied brisket, trim off all fat
2 Tbsp Red wine vinaigrette
1/2 XL Vine Ripe Tomato, sliced
1 Yellow onions, sliced, rings separated
1 Sliced jalapeños
1/2 cup(s) Cucumbers
1 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp Shredded cheddar cheese
2 cup(s) Salad blend

Instructions

Layer the brisket, vinaigrette, tomato, onion, jalapeño, cucumber, cilantro, shredded cheese and salad greens on a dinner plate.

Cover the salad with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss salad before serving.
