32 Oz ground lamb
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Za'Atar Seasoning
1/2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
2 Tsp garlic powder
2 Tsp onion powder
1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
8 bakery onions rolls, as needed, cut in half horizontally

Heat a large cast iron skillet on medium-high.

Meanwhile, combine lamb, za'atar, crushed red pepper, and garlic and onion powders in a bowl. Stir to combine.

Add white wine and mix until absorbed.

Form into 8 patties then season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Sear in hot skillet until browned on both sides, about 5 to 7 minutes per side or internal temperature reaches at least 160ºF. Remove from pan and allow to rest.

Place burgers on onion rolls and garnish with curried mayo and your favorite burger condiments.
