1 Lb H-E-B Dry Cured Center Cut Bacon
3 H-E-B Prime 1 Cowboy Burgers
6 Kellogg's Eggo Thick & Fluffy Belgian Style Waffles, toasted to desired doneness, plus more as needed
3 H-E-B Select Ingredients Mild Cheddar Slices for Burgers, as needed

Instructions

Place a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, add bacon and cook until just crispy, approximately 8 to 12 minutes. Remove to cool on paper towels.

Drain off all but approximately 1 tablespoon of rendered bacon fat from skillet and turn heat down to medium-low.

Add burgers and cook approximately 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches at least 155ºF or desired doneness. Set aside briefly to rest.

To assemble each burger, place bacon on top of a toasted waffle, followed by a burger, more bacon and another waffle.

If desired, garnish with your favorite condiments like ketchup or fried onion strings and serve with tater tots.
