2 Oz Boursin Cheese
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
8 slices of H-E-B Bare Bread
1 hot house cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
4 Oz H-E-B Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon
1/2 cup(s) parsley, chopped

Instructions

Allow cheese to set out at room temperature to soften then combine with the sour cream. Mix with a hand mixer until smooth.

Spread cheese mixture on one side of each slice of bread. Layer cucumbers and salmon on top of cheese mixture on one slice of bread. Add second slice of bread cheese side down.

Cut sandwiches into four triangles and dip sides in parsley. Serve chilled.
