24 slices Hill Country Fare Thin Round Top White Bread
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Real Mayonnaise
1 can Chicken of the Sea Chunk Light Tuna in Water, drained
8 romaine lettuce
2 large tomato, each cut into 16 thin slices
1 medium red onion, slices
1/2 cup(s) Best Maid Dill Relish

Toast bread slices and set aside.

Combine tuna, pickle relish and mayonnaise in a small bowl.

Spread 1/3-cup tuna mixture on 8 toasted bread slices.

Season tuna with salt and black pepper.

Top seasoned tuna with a second slice of toast.

Layer 1 lettuce leaf, cheese, 2 tomato slices and 2 red onion slices over second slice of toast.

Top lettuce layer with remaining slice of toast.
