1 cup(s) Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
1 cup(s) white wine vinegar
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh cracked black pepper
3 whole bay leaves
2 4 Lb whole chicken(s)

Instructions

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, pepper and bay leaves in a large sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes.

Combine hot soy mixture and chicken in crock pot, cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
