16 Oz H-E-B Steamable Long Grain White Rice
16 Oz Wild Gulf Brown Shrimp, peeled & deveined
12 Oz Trappey's Creole Okra
16 Oz H-E-B Creamy Tomato Herb Soup

Instructions

Heat the oven to 450°F.

Spray a 2 quart baking dish with non-stick spray.

Heat rice according to package directions, spread evenly on bottom of prepared baking dish and set aside.

Combine shrimp, okra and soup in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high power for 8 minutes.

Spoon evenly over rice in baking dish and bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until the soup begins to bubble.
