Creamy Fideo Loco Casserole

1 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
16 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Picadillo
1 7 oz. H-E-B Fideo Loco Comida Kit
2 1/2 cup(s) water
10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Cream of Poblano Soup
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add half of oil and picadillo. Cook, breaking apart with a spoon, for 4 to 5 minutes or until fully heated through.

Push meat to outer edges of pan. Add remaining oil to center of pan and empty bean/fideo/potato mix (from fideo kit) into pan. Toast pasta gently for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add water, soup, heavy cream and half of seasoning packet (from fideo kit) to mixture. Stir well. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and simmer 13 to 15 minutes or until pasta and potatoes are softened.

Chef's Note: This is quick, easy comfort food. Top with pico de gallo, cilantro and avocado for fresh finishing flavors.
