Recipe makes 32 Servings

16 Oz unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
3 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Pure Cane Sugar
5 Tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Carnation Original Malted Milk Powder
3 1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp navel orange, zest only
4 large eggs
4 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp baking powder
10 Oz H-E-B Organics White Chocolate Baking Chips
6 Oz H-E-B Organics Dried Cranberries

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. In the bowl of a stand mixer, add butter, sugar, vanilla, malt powder, salt and orange zest.

Using the paddle attachment, cream butter mixture until fluffy, scraping down sides as needed.

While mixer is running on low speed, add eggs one at a time allowing them to mix in well before adding each additional egg.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and baking powder then slowly add 1/2 cup to mixer at a time to allow it to properly incorporate.

Once all flour is incorporated, whip mixture on medium speed for one minute.

Turn mixer down to low speed and add white chocolate chips and cranberries. Mix to just combine.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and use a 2 ounce scoop to evenly place 6 balls of dough on pan.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until cookies are just starting to brown but still tender. Allow to cool and consume in mass quantities. Repeat with additional batches.
