1 Tbsp Kennys All Purpose Seasonings
1/4 cup(s) Central Market All Natural Grapeseed Oil
1 1/2 Lb H-E-B Beef Top Sirloin Steak USDA Select, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Reduced Fat 2% Milk
20 Oz Simply Potatoes Mashed Potatoes, Traditional
6 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients French Fried Onions

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Coat 9 x 9-inch or 7 x 11-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.

Combine flour and seasoning in shallow bowl or plate.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat 4 or 5 minutes.

Dredge meat in flour mixture.

Brown meat in skillet about 5 minutes per side; then transfer beef to prepared baking dish. (Reserve leftover flour mixture.)

Leave 2 tablespoon pan drippings in skillet or add additional oil if needed. Add reserved flour mixture and brown over medium heat; stir and loosen any browned bits left in bottom of pan. Stir in milk slowly; heat to a simmer.

Pour gravy into baking dish over steak. Top with potatoes; spread them edge to edge.

Bake 30 minutes; top with fried onion and bake 10 more minutes.
