Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 Granny Smith apples, washed with stem removed
4 popsicle sticks
1 wax paper
12 vanilla wafers
5 Oz Milk Caramels

Instructions

Wash apples, remove stem and dry.

Insert stick into top of apple.

Lay out a sheet of wax paper.

Using a food processor or rolling pin to crush cookies into small crumbs. Place prepared crumbs in a bowl.

Melt caramels according to package instructions.

Dip each apple in caramel, and then roll the dipped apple in cookie crumbs.

Lay apple on wax paper and refrigerate for roughly 2 hours.
