1 cup(s) Salsa Criolla Colombian Salsa Caliente
1 red onion, sliced
1 Pt H-E-B Select Sweet Tomatoes, rinsed
1 cup(s) Athenos Feta Cheese

Place half of the spinach and kale in a salad bowl.

Drizzle salsa around the salad but do not mix.

Top salad with sliced of red onion, sliced tomatoes and Feta cheese. Top with remaining greens and toss to coat with dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
