2 Bolillo Roll, cut in half
4 provolone cheese, sliced
8 slices Applewood Smoked Ham, sliced on a 1
3 Oz Dill pickle chips
1 Oz Yellow Mustard

Instructions

Place bottom half of bolillos on a griddle over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes then add 2 slices of cheese to each.

Once cheese has started to melt slightly, add ham, pickles, mustard and top of bolillos.

Flip sandwiches, place a heavy cast iron pan on top and heat 5 minutes or until toasty and warmed throughout.
