Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb skirt steak, can use flank steak
1 Tbsp Mi Tienda Beef Fajita Seasoning
1/4 cup(s) lemon, juiced
1/4 cup(s) lime, juiced
1/4 cup(s) orange juice
1/4 cup(s) grapefruit, juiced

Instructions

Season skirt steak liberally with fajita seasoning on both sides.

Place in a large resealable plastic bag along with lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit juices.

Massage everything in bag to evenly distribute marinade. Refrigerate 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Drain leftover marinade into a small saucepan, place on stove and bring to a simmer. Reduce liquid by half and set aside.

Grill fajitas 6 to 8 minutes per side depending on thickness or until internal temperature reaches 140°F.

Remove to a platter to rest and drizzle with reduced marinade.

Season with more fajita seasoning to taste as needed.
