1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb H-E-B Natural Breast, boneless, skinless
1 red bell pepper, sliced
12 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Slaw
1 medium Kikkoman Gluten Free Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp ginger, fresh grated
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp white vinegar
1 head iceberg lettuce

Instructions

Heat oil in a large sauté pan over high heat, then add and sauté chicken and bell pepper approximately 5 minutes.

Add broccoli slaw, and cook another 3 minutes, then add soy sauce, ginger, honey and vinegar and cook 3 minutes; remove from heat
