1 cup(s) Kentuky Kernel Seasoned Flour
2 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs, beaten
1 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Italian Bread Crumbs
4 H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
26 Oz H-E-B Marinara Sauce
4 H-E-B Natural Sliced Smoked Provolone slices
1 Tbsp basil, chopped

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Starting with 3 empty bowls, separately add flour, eggs and breadcrumbs to their own bowl.

Dip chicken breast in flour, then egg and bread crumbs. Lay breaded chicken on a nonstick baking sheet. Repeat until all of chicken is coated.

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick deep skillet over medium heat.

Add chicken and cook until browned. Turn chicken to brown other side. Do not turn more than once.

When chicken is browned, remove from pan and place on baking sheet. Finish cooking in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Remove from oven, spoon sauce over chicken and top with a slice of cheese. Bake just to melt cheese.

Garnish with fresh chopped basil.
