1 1/2 Lb H-E-B Natural Chicken Thighs, diced
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Garam Masala
2 Tbsp Kelapo Ghee
3 red bell peppers, rough chopped
1 Lb paneer cheese, large cubes
12 Oz Lotus Kitchen Kashmiri Simmer Sauce
4 Oz A Taste of Thai Coconut Milk
8 Oz H-E-B Dry Roasted With Sea Salt Pistachios, shelled
8 Oz green onions, diced

Instructions

Season chicken with garam masala and set aside.

Add ghee to a large skillet over medium heat. When melted, add chicken and cook until just brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Add bell peppers and paneer, and sauté until chicken is fully cooked, about 5 minutes.

Stir in Kashmiri sauce and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add coconut milk, stir to combine and simmer 4 to 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve over rice. Garnish with pistachios and green onions.
