1 Lb Hill Country Fare Breast Tenders
1/8 Tsp Sea Salt
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
8 Oz shiitake mushrooms, sliced
1 medium white onion, sliced
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/2" slices
2 celery, sliced diagonally
1/4 cup(s) Central Market Organics Hoisin Sauce
1/2 cup(s) Central Market Organics Low Sodium Chicken Broth
2 Tsp Corn Starch

Instructions

Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, then set aside.

Heat oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken, and cook 2 1/2-3 minutes per side until done; remove, and keep warm.

Return pan to high heat, then add oil and heat briefly; add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes, then add onion, bell pepper and celery; stir-fry 2-3 minutes longer until vegetables are crisp tender; stir in hoisin sauce.

Combine chicken broth and cornstarch in a small bowl.

Return chicken to skillet, and stir in broth mixture until heated through.
