2 Tbsp H‑E‑B Select Ingredients Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided use
1 cup(s) H‑E‑B Diced White Onions
1 H‑E‑B Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced
1 1/2 cup(s) fresh green bell peppers, diced
8 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Super Sweet Whole Kernel Corn, drained
1 1/2 cup(s) water
1/2 cup(s) Central Market Organic Whole Milk
4 .3000 Oz Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Pasta Sides

Instructions

Season chicken, if desired, with salt and pepper. Heat 1 Tbsp. of oil in a large non-stick skillet set over medium-high heat.

Add chicken, onions, and garlic to hot pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is completely done, about 5 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Heat remaining oil in the same skillet and add bell peppers and corn. Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes.

Stir water, milk, and Knorr Cheddar Broccoli Pasta Sides into same skillet. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in chicken and chopped tomato. Now it's delicious. Dig in!
