Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Lb lean ground beef
1/2 white onion, chopped
1 green bell peppers, chopped
1 cup(s) button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp steak sauce
1/2 cup(s) low sodium beef broth
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper
6 whole wheat tortillas
6 sliced provolone cheese

Instructions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown ground beef 5 to 6 minutes.

Add onions, bell peppers and mushrooms and cook another 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables start to get tender.

Stir in steak sauce, beef broth, salt and pepper and simmer 2 minutes.

Warm tortillas in a skillet or in microwave briefly. Place cheese on tortillas with scoop of beef and fold over tortilla.
