1 Lb tilapia, cut into 1/2 inch chunks
10 medium limes, juiced
1 small serrano pepper, finely diced
4 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/4 cup(s) red onion, very finely diced
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely diced
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 large avocado, cubed

Instructions

Place cubed fish in a glass container with lime juice and marinate 6 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.

Drain fish and set aside.

Place serrano pepper, tomatoes, onion, and cilantro in a medium sized bowl. Stir to combine.

Season drained fish lightly with salt and stir through tomato mixture.

Add avocado and serve immediately with tortilla chips or saltine crackers.
