6 Hill Country Fare Hickory Smoked Bacon, sliced
6 H-E-B Texas Orginal Smoked Sausage
2 white onion, chopped
2 garlic, minced
2 celery, chopped
1 green bell peppers, chopped
1 1/2 Lb catfish fillets, cut into chunks
32 Oz H-E-B Stewed Tomatoes
1 Tbsp French's Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder

Instructions

In a medium size skillet, sauté bacon, sausages, onions, garlic, celery and green pepper.

Add catfish fillets and sauté for 10 minutes.
