16 Oz pork breakfast sausage
30 Oz crispy potato rounds
8 extra large eggs
2 cup(s) shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions

Start grill with instant light charcoal and wait 10 minutes for the flames to die down.

Spray a large cast iron skillet with non-stick spray and place it on the grill grate.

Add sausage to skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Stirring frequently, continue to cook until browned. Transfer to a bowl.

Using the same skillet, evenly cover the bottom with crispy potato rounds. Spread breakfast sausage over the potatoes.

Gently crack eggs over the sausage and finish with shredded cheese.

Cover skillet and move it to the side of the fire. Cook for 35 minutes.
