2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
8 Oz beef caldillo
1 medium yellow onion(s), diced
1 jalapeño pepper(s), chopped
1 Tsp cumin
1 Tsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp ground black pepper
2 lime(s), juiced
1 pkg. jicama tortillas
2 cup(s) green leaf lettuce, shredded

Instructions

Heat oil in large non-stick pan over medium-high. Add in caldillo, onions and jalapeños. Cook several minutes until caldillo is cooked through.

Add in spices and lime juice. Cook several more minutes, then remove from heat.

Serve caldillo in tortillas with shredded lettuce.
