Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb ground chicken
1/2 cup(s) Buffalo wing sauce, heat level of your choice, divided use
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Ranch Flavored Tortilla Chips, crushed into crumbs
4 mini Kaiser rolls, split in half and toasted
1/4 cup(s) ranch dressing

Instructions

Mix ground chicken with half of Buffalo sauce and all of the crushed tortilla chips. Form into half inch thick burgers.

Bring a medium sized skillet or grill to medium heat. Lightly spray with oil and cook burgers on both sides until fully cooked through, about 4 minutes each side.

Serve on toasted Kaiser rolls with remaining Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing.
