1 non-stick cooking spray
10 Hill Country Fare Texas Style Butter Biscuits
1 cup(s) fat-free refried beans
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Pico de Gallo, mild
1 cup(s) fat-free cheddar, shredded
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Real Egg

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a large baking sheet pan with non-stick cooking spray and arrange biscuits in a circle with 2 in the center and press out to a 10-inch diameter pizza crust.

Spread refried beans on bottom of crust and make a ridge with beans along edges of crust 1-inch high to keep the eggs from spilling.

Sprinkle pico de gallo and shredded cheese over beans then pour egg on top.

Bake pizza 30 minutes.
