Recipe makes 51 Servings

3 sticks of unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
2 1/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 cup(s) old fashioned oats
3 cup(s) brown sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tsp nutmeg
2 Tsp kosher salt

Instructions

In a stand mixer with paddle attachment, add butter, flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and kosher salt, mix on low speed.

Mix until everything is well incorporated, break apart by hand, place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

When ready to use, separate by hand or use a cheese grater with larger holes to break apart streusel into small bits.

Place into a freezer bag and freeze for up to a month. For use on muffins, coffee cakes, ice cream sundaes or just as a frozen snack.
