Broccoli Cheese Quiche

1 Hill Country Fare Frozen Pie Shells
2 cup(s) broccoli crowns, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 Oz H-E-B Crumbled Goat Cheese
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F .

Bake pie shell 10 minutes, until slightly browned. Remove and set aside to cool.

While pie shell bakes, bring a medium non-stick skillet to medium low heat.

Add broccoli, garlic, and 1/4 cup water. Cover and steam for 3 minutes.

Pour into pie shell, and top with pea-size portions of goat cheese.

In a small mixing bowl, beat egg substitute, salt, and pepper until foamy. Pour over broccoli and cheese.

Bake 25 minutes, or until center of quiche is set.
