1 Tbsp Central Market Lemon Infused Olive Oil
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 Lb lean beef brisket, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
30 Oz H-E-B Borracho Beans, rinsed and drained
14 Oz H-E-B Fired Roasted Diced Tomatoes, undrained
8 Oz tomato sauce
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
1 Tbsp H-E-B That Green Sauce, (optional)

Instructions

Heat oil in a large stock pot, then add onion and brisket. Brown brisket on all sides then transfer to crock pot.

Stir in beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, pepper and That Green Sauce.

Cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
