1 slice of mesquite ham
1 slice of colby jack cheese
3 fresh asparagus, cut off & discard bottom inch
1 Tbsp red bell pepper, chopped
1 Tsp sweet onions, chopped

Instructions

Layer the ham slice, cheese slice on a flat surface.

Arrange the asparagus spear lengthwise in the center of the ham and cheese.

Sprinkle red bell pepper and onion over the asparagus; season with pepper only.

Roll the ham and cheese like a taco and place on a microwave safe plate, seam side down, and microwave on high power for 10-15 seconds or until the cheese begins to melt.
