2 Lb H-E-B Ground Beef
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Panko Bread Crumbs
1 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs
1/2 Tsp tabasco pepper sauce
3 green onions, chopped
1 Tbsp H-E-B Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp Tony Chachere's Cajun seasoning, divided
1/2 Tbsp Creole mustard
1 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
4 H-E-B Sliced Cheddar Cheese
4 H-E-B Hamburger Buns

Instructions

Preheat grill or skillet over high heat.

In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, hot sauce, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning and mustard. Form into 4 patties.

Sprinkle both sides of each patty evenly with remaining 1 tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning.

For the grill: Lightly oil grill grate, and cook patties over high heat 1 minute per side to achieve blackened look.

Lower heat and finish cooking 4 minutes per side.

For the skillet: Add oil to pan and swirl to coat bottom of pan. When oil just starts to smoke, add 2 patties at a time and cook 1 minute per side to achieve blackened look.

Turn heat to medium and continue cooking 4 minutes per side until cooked through.

Place 1 slice of cheese on each burger and allow to melt.

Serve burgers on buns with your favorite toppings, sauces and sides!
