Recipe makes 12 Servings

15 Oz No Salt Added Black Beans
11 Oz Chipotle Corn
12 Oz pico de gallo, mild, medium or hot
1 cup(s) red bell pepper, finely diced
1/3 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) Whataburger Jalapeño Ranch
1 large Haas avocado, cubed
1 small lime, juiced

Instructions

Drain and rinse beans. Place beans in a medium sized bowl.

Add corn, pico de gallo, bell pepper, cilantro and dressing. Stir gently to combine flavors. Chill until ready to serve.

Add avocado and lime juice just before serving. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if desired.
