Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb ground chuck (80/20)
3/4 cup(s) medium pico de gallo
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
8 peppered bacon strips, cooked crispy
4 natural sliced mild cheddar cheese
4 large sesame seed buns

Instructions

Mix ground beef, pico de gallo and seasoning in large bowl; form into 4 equal size patties.

In a grill skillet over medium-high heat, cook burgers 5 - 10 minutes on each side. Cook to desired doneness, do not press on patties.

Once burgers are done, lay 2 strips of bacon on each burger and cover with 1 slice of cheese.

Serve on toasted buns.
