Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Kikkomon Soy Sauce Lite
1/4 Tsp sugar
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Lb bok choy, wash and cut stalks in 1/2-inch slices and leaf tops into 1-inch slices
1 medium sweet onion, cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
4 Oz shiitake mushrooms, cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
1/2 Lb flank steak, cut into strips and seared

Instructions

Mix oyster and soy sauce with sugar in small bowl.

Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high.

Add oil. Stir fry bok choy stalks and onions 2 minutes.

Add bok choy leaves, mushrooms and beef. Stir fry 2 more minutes.

Pour sauce mixture over vegetables. Stir fry 1 minute and serve.
