4 H-E-B Natural Beef Cube Steaks
1/8 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
3/4 cup(s) Italian Bread Crumbs
14 Tbsp H-E-B Grated Parmesan Cheese, reserve 2 Tbsp
2 large eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
4 Mozzarella Cheese, thinly sliced
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Healthy Sauce-Marinara

Heat oven to broil.

Line a large baking sheet with foil.

Season steaks with pepper.

Combine breadcrumbs and 3/4 cup grated Parmesan in a shallow pan; beat eggs and water in a small bowl.

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes.

Dip steaks in egg, then in bread crumb mixture to coat both sides; cook breaded steaks in oil 2 minutes per side; heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet between batches; remove steaks to prepared baking sheet.

Top steaks with mozzarella slices, spoon marinara sauce evenly over mozzarella and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan; broil 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
