7 basil, leaves
2 cup(s) corn syrup
1 cup(s) heavy cream

Instructions

Place basil leaves and corn syrup in a microwaveable container.

Microwave for 40 seconds.

Use an immersion blender for 2 minutes until basil is completely blended and syrup is bright green. Set aside at room temperature.

Pour heavy cream into a medium size mixing bowl and whisk vigorously for 5 minutes or until cream is thick.

Once cream is thick, whisk in 1/2 cup of basil syrup.
