16 Oz baby carrots
7 Oz H-E-B Baby Rainbow Carrots
7 Oz H-E-B Baby Zucchini
1 cup(s) H-E-B Whole Peeled Garlic
1 cup(s) cipolline onions, whole peeled
1/3 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp kosher salt

Pre-heat oven to 400ºF.

In large bowl add all of your pre-washed HEB baby veggies (you can chop them up or leave them whole as I like to do). Add olive oil and salt, toss all the veggies in olive oil and salt until well coated.

Place the seasoned veggies and garlic cloves on baking sheet or any oven safe dish and place in the oven. Roast for 30-45 minutes, depending on your oven. You want the veggies looking caramelized and smell sweet.

Serve warm, these are a great side to anything or a great meal on their own.
