12 H-E-B Corn Tortillas, cut into bite-sized pieces
11 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Ground Beef Crumbles
1 cup(s) green onion(s), chopped
1 large XL Vine Ripe Tomato, chopped
8 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Monterey Jack with Jalapenos Cheese, Shredded
10 Oz Hill Country Fare Green Enchilada Sauce

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray a 9x13-inch-baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine tortillas, taco beef crumbles, onion, tomato, cheese and enchilada sauce.

Pour casserole in prepared baking dish.

Loosely cover casserole with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove foil and bake casserole 5 more minutes until golden brown
