2 Lb beef skirt steak
1 cup(s) Cookwell & Co. Pecos 83 BBQ Marinade
3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Lopez Rub
2 lime, halved
16 flour tortillas
1/2 cup(s) pico de gallo
1/2 cup(s) guacamole
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Shredded Cheese

Instructions

Lay beef on a baking sheet or clean surface.

Drizzle Pecos 83 Marinade over beef. Let stand 15-20 minutes.

Shake beef to remove excess marinade and season with Adams Reserve Rub of your choice.

Grill beef according to time and temperature directions on package; cook till beef looks done.

Remove from grill and squeeze fresh limes over beef; set aside for 5 minutes.

Slice beef thinly, across the grain.

Serve in hot flour tortillas with pico de gallo, guacamole and shredded cheese.
