Grilled Habanero Elote

Ingredients
- 8 Medium ears of intensely sweet corn
- 3 tbsp Salted butter, melted
- 11 oz Habanero mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Grated Cotija cheese
- 1/3 cup Fresh cilantro, leaves only, finely chopped
- 2 tsp Tajín seasoning
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium high. Brush corn with melted butter and grill for 9 to 12 minutes or until it has desired grill marks.
- Remove from grill and brush generously with habanero mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Cotija cheese, cilantro, and Tajín seasoning. Serve warm.
