15 H-E-B My Hometown Twisters Sandwich Cookies
2 Tbsp H-E-B Sweet Cream Unsalted Butter, room temperature
1 pie dish
12 Oz Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping
5 .1000 Oz Hill Country Fare Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
12 fresh strawberries, stems discarded, sliced thin

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Place cookies in a large resealable bag, seal and crush with a rolling pin.

Add butter to bag, seal, and squish by hand until crumbs become slightly clumped together.

Spray pie dish with a little non-stick spray. Add buttered cookie crumbs and apply pressure to make an even crust.

Bake for 20 minutes then remove from oven and cool completely.

While crust cools, empty whipped topping into a bowl, add instant vanilla pudding and whisk until completely combined. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

When crust is completely cool, add vanilla filling and top with sliced strawberries.

Cool an additional 20 minutes in the fridge before serving.
