Ingredients

Recipe makes 5 Servings

8 Oz dry whole wheat linguine
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) white onion, small diced
2 Tbsp minced garlic
3 bacon, baked and chopped
3 eggs, at room temperature
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
2 cup(s) cooked chicken, diced
2 cup(s) cooked peas

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to boil on the stove. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions.

While the pasta is boiling add in the olive oil to a large skillet and cook the onions and garlic. Stir occasionally.

Once the pasta is cooked, quickly drain it then return it to the pot. Add in the cooked onions, garlic, and quickly stir in the eggs. Continue to stir the pasta until the egg is cooked. Some of the egg will look scrambled but the egg should coat the pasta.

Add in the cooked chicken and the peas.

Garnish with bacon, Parmesan and parsley.
