Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 salmon fillets, 8 oz each
1 Tbsp lemon juice
4 10 inch whole wheat wraps
4 Tbsp onion & chive cream cheese
2 cup(s) spinach
1 gala apple, sliced

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place salmon on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with lemon juice and bake until firm. Remove from oven and flake with fork.

Heat tortilla wraps until pliable and spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese on each wrap. Add spinach, flaked salmon, and apple slices.

Starting at one end, roll wrap up tucking in sides. Cut in half and serve.
